Why is it important to leave feedback?

Leaving member feedback is an important part of using the Exchange – it gives an up-to-date view of a member’s current trading performance.

Feedback shows how a member has performed on a job, if you would work with them again or whether they paid on time.

You can leave feedback once every 30 days for any given member.

Feedback is vital to encourage transparency and a good work ethic within the Exchange community.

Checking a member’s feedbacks allows you to make an informed decision as to whether you want to work with them or not.

Occasionally you need to complain about a member’s performance. Our team will mediate to try and establish a suitable resolution.

ALL Exchange members benefit from the feedback system. Please make sure you leave feedback for ALL bookings.
